Our Service Guarantee

At HCF EYECARE we provide a:

• 1 year manufacturer's warranty on all frames, sunglasses and lens coatings. This means faulty eyewear will be replaced free of charge within a year of the date of purchase.
  
  
• 1 year accidental damage cover. If you accidentally damage your frames lenses or non-prescription sun glasses and that is not covered by the manufacturers warranty the goods will be replaced at 50% of original price within year of purchase. This is limited to one pair per year.
  
  
• 3 month non-adapt multifocal warranty. If you do not adapt to the new lens, HCF EYECARE will replace the lens with single vision, bifocal or a different multifocal design. There will be no refund if there is a price difference.
  
  
• 3 month prescription guarantee. Your lenses will be replaced at no charge if your prescription changes in 3 months from purchase date - limit one change. The replacement offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other HCF EYECARE offers or discounts.
  
  
• Free cleaning, adjustments and servicing for the life of your glasses.
